Use of the service
RandomEveryth.ing provides random selection and generation tools free of charge. You may use them for personal, educational, and commercial purposes. Don't abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Fair results, your decisions
We work hard to make every random result statistically fair and verifiable, and we publish how our randomness works. However, the decisions you make with those results are yours. The service provides randomness, not advice - never rely on it for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other consequential decisions.
Giveaways, contests, and drawings
If you use our tools to select winners for a giveaway, raffle, contest, or sweepstakes, you are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your promotion, including eligibility, registration, disclosure, and prize requirements, which vary by jurisdiction. The tool performs a random selection; it does not make a promotion lawful.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RandomEveryth.ing is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
Your content
Lists and inputs you enter remain yours. Because generators run in your browser, we don't receive them. What you create from generated results (stories, names, teams) is entirely yours.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
